About Morton's Neuroma
Morton's neuroma is a thickening of nerve tissue between the third and fourth toes, typically caused by compression and irritation in that space. Footwear that addresses this condition features a roomy, anatomically wide toe box to reduce pressure on the affected nerves, plus a built-in metatarsal pad or cushioning that lifts and spreads the metatarsal heads apart, relieving compression where it matters most.
Our Morton's neuroma collection includes cushioned walking shoes and dress shoes with extra-wide toe boxes, selected comfort sandals, and metatarsal pad insoles that can be added to existing footwear. We stock options for both men and women, including brands known for depth and width accommodation, as well as therapeutic-grade insoles designed specifically to lift pressure away from the affected nerve area.
Our certified pedorthists fit every customer in-store at our Palm Beach Gardens location and can assess your foot structure, gait, and symptom triggers to recommend the right shoe width and pad placement. You're welcome to shop in person, order online with free returns, or bring in your own orthotics for fitting consultation.
